Terms & Conditions

1. Lesson Packages & Prices

All lessons must be booked and paid for in advance via the website. No cash payments are accepted. Bookings are only confirmed once payment has been completed.

Pricing (from 1st January 2026):

One Student (50-minute sessions)

  • Single – £40 (1 session)

  • Double – £70 (2 sessions, save £10)

  • Multi 4 – £130 (4 sessions, save £30)

  • Extend 8 – £250 (8 sessions, save £70)

Two Students (shared 50-minute sessions)

(Maximum of two students per session)

  • Single (2 students) – £65 (1 session)

  • Double (2 students) – £110 (2 sessions, save £20)

  • Multi 4 (2 students) – £210 (4 sessions, save £50)

  • Extend 8 (2 students) – £400 (8 sessions, save £120)

The maximum number of students taught in any one session is two. No group sessions larger than two students are offered.

Discount codes from previous purchases remain valid and can be used on new bookings unless stated otherwise.

2. Booking Validity

  • Bookings made before 1st January 2026 remain valid under the original pricing and terms.

  • Bookings made from 1st January 2026 onwards are valid for 6 months from the purchase date.

  • Any unused sessions after 6 months will automatically expire and be removed from the account.

3. Lesson Format & Schedule

  • Each session lasts up to 50 minutes.

  • Sessions cannot be split or extended.

  • Lessons are available:

    • Online via Google Meet (link sent in the confirmation email)

    • In-person at the studio (address provided on the website)

  • Sessions take place on Saturdays and can be booked up to 3 weeks in advance, subject to availability.

  • Bookings must be made at least 24 hours before the session starts.

4. Two-Student Session Policy

  • Two-student sessions are shared lessons where both students receive tuition simultaneously.

  • Both students receive the same benefits, guidance, and learning support during the session.

  • If one student is unable to attend a booked two-student session, the session will still be deducted from the package and cannot be refunded or replaced.

  • The package remains valid for the attending student only in that instance.

5. Induction Session

A one-time free Induction Session is available and lasts up to 30 minutes.

This session includes:

  • General introduction

  • Q&A

  • No instrument required

It can be booked via the website or app.

6. Age, Level & Accessibility

  • Students must be 7 years or older.

  • Lessons are suitable for:

    • Complete beginners

    • Students with experience up to Grade 1–2

  • Naser has experience working with SEN students.

  • All genders and backgrounds are welcome.

7. Parent / Guardian Policy

  • Parents or guardians may not participate as students during lessons.

  • Parents may sit in on a session only to observe or take notes for their child if necessary.

  • Otherwise, a waiting/reading room is available during the session.

  • Parents may drop off and return at the designated times.

  • Please arrive 5 minutes early for pick-up.

8. Cancellations, Rescheduling & Attendance

  • Sessions may be cancelled or rescheduled up to 24 hours before the start time via the website or Wix app.

  • If cancelled within this timeframe, the session will be credited back to the account (within its validity period).

  • No-shows or cancellations made within 24 hours are forfeited and non-refundable, unless prior arrangements have been made.

  • Late arrivals result in a shorter session; missed time cannot be added.

  • If teaching staff are late, missed time will be added or rearranged where possible.

9. Package Changes

  • Switching from one package to another is not permitted until the current package has been fully used.

  • Packages cannot be merged, split, or transferred between students.

10. Refund Policy

  • Refunds are available within 14 days of purchase, provided no sessions have been booked or used.

  • Once a session is booked or started, the purchase becomes non-refundable.

  • Refunds are not available for expired packages or unused sessions after the validity period.

11. Studio Etiquette

  • Please do not arrive early, as another lesson may be in progress.

  • Arrive on time to make the most of your session.

  • One parking space is available for learners and parents.

12. Communication & Homework

Communication channels:

Homework and progress tracking may be managed via Asana.
Students will be asked to install the Asana app after the Induction Session.
